Looking for replacement tenant in Birmingham

I am urgently looking for a replacement tenant for my en-suite room in a student Accomodation.
It’s at B19 3SJ, and only 12 minutes walk to Birmingham city centre. There’s also a convenience store right in front of the Accomodation.
It’s only £144pw including bills.
It’s available from around 24th January 2024 until 31st August 2024. I am a bit flexible with the moving in date.
This accommodation has gym, pool table, small study room near reception, a big communal kitchen in my unit.
