Bmi over- police requirement

Hi everyone,
I’ve passed all assessments , interview and reference stages for the police Constable role but I’m worried about my medical. My bmi is high (about 34/5. ) I am currently in the military though and had a baby about 8 months ago. Do you think I will be rejected on medical grounds? How strict are they with bmi? This is for West Midlands. Before having a baby I was very fit and athletic
