I am really struggling with literally just the basics in maths, such as algebra, dividing, fractions and anything else you could think of. What is the best way to study and actually remember the information?

Maths Genie https://www.mathsgenie.co.uk/gcse.html has super good videos for revising or even just learning a topic completely. If you don't know where to start, write a list of all the things you want to work on, and when you have time to work, pick one of the things from that list and just get to it. Watch a video and there is worksheets to complete as well. If you think you'll forget it, write the rules and principles on flashcards and maybe even example questions if you're really struggling. Keep the sheets in a folder so they can be referred back to and just try not to give up.
