Undergraduate Graphic Design Survey

For one of my current undergraduate projects, I am constructing research for the publication 'Atomic Habits' written by James Clear. This will allow me to get some insight into anyone's personal experiences reading the book and your own subjective voice of opinion towards the original cover.
