Should I drop chemistry a level? I want to study biomedical science or psychology. I have competed 1 year of chemistry but do not want to carry it on
I think it depends on the university requirements. At my uni chemistry wasn't compulsory for biomedical science (I did chemistry a level anyway hated it) so some of my classes in first year were basically chemistry A-level catch up classes where we basically just did some chemistry that was relevant to biomedical science (like biochem). That being said doing chemistry at a-level definitely does help when you're doing practicals but if you do something like maths I'd say you'd be fine. But definitely check your uni requirements cause I know some do require it
