Has anyone applied for a PhD at SOAS for September 2024?

I submitted my application on Feb 7th. And I have not heard anything.
Can anyone shed some light?

So they won't inform the student and we have to email to ask? My application says with academic review team

Hi there - yes, our admissions team will notify you directly once the application has been reviewed by the academic department.

I spoke with a friend who also applied to soas in December and she also applied for a scholarship but she heard back in 10 days in December.

I still haven't heard. So I assume I have been rejected?
