Hi everyone, I have a room available at Filbert Village, 1 Lineker Road, Leicester till 13th September 2024. The room is a premium ensuite with a double bed and central heating provided. Free wi-fi is available throughout the property and there's an onsite laundry room, with new communal areas such as a state-of-the-art cinema room and a study space. The accommodation is a short walk from De-Montfort University and within walking distance to the University of Leicester and the city centre. I have covered the accommodation payments throughout the year so only 2 payments are left, which are utility bills inclusive. One payment of £591.43 due 1st May 2024 and another payment of £542.14 due 1st June 2024, making it one of the cheapest rates around. The flat is shared with two other guys.
