How to gain medical work experiences as a teenager in Sri Lanka?
Sri Lankan student entering sixth form this year here
I noticed that majority of UK Russel group universities require prior experiences in the field of medicine or volunteer services...Yet since local Sri Lankan universities do not have such requirements (only the A level score as I'm aware of) , what can I do to gain experience?

The main issue here is that there aren't many such opportunities, and majority of the once here require you to be 18
