what grade is 25/30 in eng lit gcse

recently we been doing eng lit essays in class for english lit but on literally every essay i lways get 25/30 on it and i really want a 9 in english but idk what grade 25/30 is ive asked my teavher on how i can improve but her feedback is a little confusing. could anyone pls tell me what grade this is and how i can get higher marks in english literature gcse. im currently on a grade 8 but ive been predicted a 9 and i just wanna get my current grade to a 9 as well so i can see how i should go about in my exam
