I have gotten accepted into Bristol with a BSc Physics with Computing course. I am just curious to know if this degree would be restricting or not. Like if I decide to go on with this course does it lessen my opportunities? And If I would like to change to some other course will it be difficult?

Lessen your opportunities to do what?
And If I would like to change to some other course will it be difficult?
You may be able to change to another course -- but it will be subject to you meeting the admissions requirements for that course and there being spaces available on it. Plus the deadline for course changes at any university tend to be quite tight -- you can only normally change in the first couple of weeks.
If you want to change course, it's best to ask before you start -- and have a plan for what you'll do if your request to change is turned down.
