Student Finance Problem... account locked!?
I applied for the Student Finance yesterday... but when I try to log in i get the message saying:
"Your system account has now been locked. Click on the "Having problems signing in?" link below."
So i click the "Having problems signing in" and it tells me to click the "Forgotten your details?" so i do that.
then it asks me to entermy details (first name surname etc...) then on the nest page it asks for my Customer Number so i enter that then click continue... i then get asked for my Password and Answer to my question... but it then says
"We have encountered an issue with the information you have provided."
WTF can i do.....
