Change sponsor details

Hi there,

I have submitted the application for undergraduate student finance a few hours ago but I've just realised the sponsor's address is wrong. I've logged in my account but I'm unable to change the details. Can I change it through the live chat on Monday? Anywhere in my online account where I could do it change it? Should I cancel the application and start a new one with the correct details? Thanks

Hi there,

In most cases your sponsor's address being wrong won't cause any problems.

Eventually your sponsor will be able to create an account or sign in the same way you do, and they can change the address at that point: https://www.gov.uk/student-finance-register-login
