Student Account Locked
Not able to get into student account for quite a few days as it says it is locked. Spoke to IT who said some students had been having a problem and they were trying to sort it out. Is there someone in IT I can bring my laptop in to to get the account unlocked?

If Student IT are advising it is an issue effecting multiple students and they are working to resolve the issue then it may be a case of awaiting for further instructions regarding the issue.
If you haven't done so already I would suggest taking a look at the following webpage for information on Student IT and what team to raise the issue with if this continues.
