hi guys! I wanted to know more about the IMU - PMS pathway. I'm a Singaporean and after checking the PMS list, I noticed that quite a few of the UK schools are accredited by the Singapore Medical Council (eg Nottingham, Barts, Manchester..) but there are a couple which aren't accredited. Are there any IMU students/grads who would know the chances of getting into these accredited partner schools in the third year? According to IMU's website, the school uses a ranking system that is based on your grades, co-curricular activities and personal attributes (?) as well as your own ranking of the PMS. Do you guys know if Singaporeans are generally able to get into the PMS of their choice?

Hi, I am an IMU student in my sem 2 also from sg, you're chances of getting into your preferred uni depends on your academic performance, ielts and your involvement in extra curricular activites, as long as you are in the PMS track you are guaranteed a spot in the partner uni, from what i heard from my seniors, if you have decent grades mostly would get one of their top 3 choices ya, also your own ranking of the PMS has 5 times more weightage than the PMS's ranking of you!
