Consensual or not, they've had sexual intercourse. Thus, they're not a virgin.

To be fair, I could understand if a rape victim wanted to say they were a virgin... but I wouldn't class them as such.

The girl isint a virgin anymore.... and for the boy depends on who raped him.... if it was another man then he still a virgin and if it was a woman(which is a bit weird) then he is not...
