It's a massive outage somewhere. Can't even get the BBC's DNS records and can't traceroute there either. Netcraft says the BBC systems were unresponsive as far back as 21:24 GMT this evening.
I think it's probably an upstream fault if everything has gone, some hop between us and the BBC itself.
