Low student satisfaction?

Was just wondering why LSE always performs poorly in the student satisfaction survey... Any current students able to enlighten me?
because we don't have enough nobel prize winners teaching first year classes

It's a disgrace. How can they expect us to get a job at the Goldman Sachs with substandard teaching!

Probably because they are being honest. Some universities tell their students that if they don't rate their satisfaction highly enough the university wont seem so good, lose ground in league tables and ultimately a degree from them will be less valuable. No student about to graduate wants to hear that. Good satisfaction reviews need to be taken with a pinch of salt because you can't rule that the students have been told to rate the course a certain way in artifically boost the university's rep.

Seems possible, but it seems every good uni out ranks it by a decent margin.... any current students got any ideas that aren't from the LSE problem?
Isn't Chichester in the top 10 for student satisfaction?
