Although I'd personally go with Imperial (as a home student), I think you should go for the option that suits you best. Whether that's due to your own personal views or financial constraints.
I think it's obvious you want to pick Imperial (otherwise you wouldn't have made this thread, it seems the only con you have concerning Imperial is the extra funding required). But, then again, 80k is tonnes of money.
Anyway: if you can afford/deal with choosing Imperial and paying the extra money, then do it (if you think you'd enjoy the next 6 years of your life better). I'm sure many international students have picked Imperial despite the additional funding required. However, going to medical school X will not put you at an advantage/disadvantage when applying for foundation posts etc. once you've graduated.
It's all up to you really (sorry, I couldn't be of much help :P)
