CS - nothing since tests
DB - nothing since tests
BarCap - nothing since tests
RBS - on hold (reasonable response i guess)
BNPP - nothing since app submitted
Citi - nothing since tests

I just don't understand why they can't just fill you in on the situation. Like BarCap and Goldmans have done loads of ACs and given loads of offers, so I'm obviously rejected, but why do they just leave me in the dark like this?

Is it better to withdraw applications from places like BarCap and GS rather than being rejected, in terms of applying for internships next year?

GS - I think they're sort of done with their recruitment for SWs
CS - No idea
DB - very small intake (something like 12 people across all divisions?)
BarCap - most likely waiting to see if people decline their offers to invite people for another AC
RBs - same as above
BNPP - still reading through applications because it's CV+Essay based
Citi - no idea (not even sure what the selection process)
