Which Spring Week should I go for in Maven

What Spring Week should I apply for in Maven, I want to go into IB or at least a finance realted career. I am thinking of applying to Business Operations or Marketing Making. I understand it super difficult to get into it so I was wondering which one was the easiest to get into and which one would provide me the best experience.
