I'm assuming that they don't interview. I just checked my online account for them and have been 'invited to attend' however I find it a little weird that I've had no email or call from them. Does anyone know the dates as I have a feeling they'll clash with my others and would rather reject it now!

Started rejecting that's for sure, but they will start interviewing at the approximate date of never. Not sure about the dates, but from last year's thread I think it did not clash with any of the other SWs.

Basically it'll allow you to write specific and interesting cover letters as well as something to talk about in an interview. Going to bank events will signal your interest in the industry and you'll be able to pick out insightful things from these events and put them in your CL, as well as name-dropping etc.

And starting to network from year 1 is only going to help you in an industry like this
