Has anyone else noticed this?

Were in year 12, the year ends in 12. In January the year will be 2013, where we'd be going in year 13. And so on... N+0

If your going to re-take a year, you be in year 12 and the year be 2013, when you go in year 13, the year be 2014 . Hence N+1
