Short question about emailing Queen Mary?

I also want to apply for a foundation programme in Queen Mary, if possible.
I need to ask them something about applying and just to clarify - http://www.sbcs.qmul.ac.uk/students/undergraduate/advice/communicatingwithstaff/index.html
They mentioned that they won't reply unless the guidelines were followed? Are they referring to students that are already studying there or does that rule apply to everyone?
i don't have a queen mary email account, and I've emailed them a month ago - which they haven't replied to yet. :confused:

Its for internal students.......... suggest you call them up which is far better.

I was going to, until I read the guidelines. Now I'm paranoid about my speech, lol. But I guess that means...for people studying there? Just wanted to make sure. Thanks!

Just call up and ask if your genuinely having trouble

Yeah that's the undergrad page, for current students (and don't worry, my lecturers e-mails have turned into almost texting each other after 2 weeks), either e-mail again or phone the contacts on this page http://www.sbcs.qmul.ac.uk/contact/index.html
