Wow. My school's pretty good for subject flexibility and options, unless you're an art-y student. My headteacher's trying to cut out art from the curriculum which, although I don't take art and have no interest in, I think is appalling.
For GCSE we offer English lit and lang, maths, food tech, textiles, product design, art, drama, RS, music, history, geography, business studies, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Latin, Greek (offered as an extra to do at lunchtimes), triple science, dance (offered as an extra to do in compulsory PE lessons) and ICT.
For A level there's -
Block A
Biology, English, ICT, maths, music, psychology.
Block B
Art, biology, chemistry, physics, RS, Spanish
Block C
Geography, history, maths (and further maths), psychology, RS
Block D
Business studies, chemistry, drama, English, French, history.
Block E - Enrichment
You choose between A levels in further maths, German, Chinese, dance and general studies. If you choose general studies you can choose 1-2 of these:
AQA Bacc, anthropology, CSLA, conversational French & Spanish and PE.
