Does anyone have any experience with first round interviews at EY?

Hi all, I completed all my tests for EY by Tuesday and I passed. I just wanted to know after you successfully complete your tests should you be expecting an interview, or is it possible for you to be rejected, since I know that they screen your application when you submit your initial application. Do they review it again or is it just a matter of waiting for an interview? Thanks

Damn, found Oliver Wyman online tests rather difficult.

It's quite weird how much the online tests can vary. I can probably do most SHL/Kenexa tests and get every question correct, and then there's some weird ones which just kill me.

What was different about Oliver Wyman in comparison to SHL/Kenexa ones? I have to do mine soon - are they much harder?

Does anyone know of any public sector specialist consultancies? All I can find is one called 2020 who seem very delivery-oriented which isn't quite my thing.

Yeah I have mine on Monday and was wondering if anyone knew what it was like?

Well SHL/Kenexa numerical are quite easy. Just ratios, basic maths, etc.

These included a fair few probability questions, some questions about angles, and just generally more difficult really. The numerical really threw me off as I didn't expect it to be like that.

Critical reasoning wasn't too bad though. Still, it's just different. SHL/Kenexa aren't easy initially but with so many companies doing them you get used to them and get comfortable with the style of questions. Gets hard again when you're thrown some different types of questions.

Manchester performance improvement! I've heard it's more of a personality interview rather than a skills interview so hopefully not too much prep is needed!

Angles?? Whoa that is different, thanks for the heads up! Yeah I'm pretty familiar with SHL and Kenexa ones now so I understand what you mean, shall put in some practice into the other things now. Thanks! hope you pass yours!

Yeah just be ready for motivation questions too because i've heard they really stress this so know your stuff abotu EY and be prepared to back it up (with clients etc)
