Haha thinking of writing to HR that - - = +, i.e 2 rejections = Offer. Unfortunately for you 3 rejections still equal a rejection. Bad news for you bro.

Haha you can have one of my rejections, dont really mind bro.
JP Morgan have sent out interviews and post interview decisions. Also Pre interview rejections. (in some cases 2-3 rejections to the same person). Yet I'm still under review 
lol I would much rather just know!! (this is for IBD btw). Does anyone know how spring week interviews work? are there 2 piles of "people on interview list" or people on "not to interview" list or is there another "waiting list" too?
