HSBC answered me within 5 days. I have talked this week with their recruiter, when they answer for phone interviews "depends on their diary" though no clue why they keep you so long,

All offers whatever they are, are always given out over the phone.

somehow i doubt that information as i asked my interviewer how long it takes and she said "a few weeks". I even asked her to specify and she said atleast 2 weeks and that i won´t hear before that.

This was the case, though my interview was earlier and now the volume of the applications might be higher, that's why.

wait what?
This whole thing is pretty unusual.
Are you one of those special applicants who participated in those pre-university programs?
If not, when did you apply?

I had my interview for HSBC on Friday, and I can confirm that she said in the next few weeks. So im guessing in two weeks tops we should all know.
They told me in the next two-three weeks. We have to wait a while...
