Its going to be demand and supply or market failure.

Demand and supply learn min/max pricing,zero pricing buffer stocks.

For market failure
+/- consumption/production externality diagrams, tax and subsidies.

Or is it insnt on a specific one then it has to be the general.... should markets be used or governement intervention.

For this dont talk about a form of intervention but rather government vs free market.

Would there always be an option out of the 2 to do an externalities one such as alcohol/healthcare/merit or demerit goods. That is all I can do. I hope something like that turns up!!! :smile:
