Went horrible for me, pretty much had a mini nervous breakdown because i just couldn't concentrate :') people found it quite difficult at my college. I think, the worst mark I could have got would be 46/72. I've worked out the average grade boundaries from the last 14 exams, if anyone is interested; 57.3/72 = 80 UMS (A), 49.4/72 = 70 UMS (B), 41.6/72 = 60 UMS (C).

So annoyed because every past paper I was doing I was getting 85+ UMS. Hoping for low grade boundaries but not getting my hopes up. Bad day, peace guys.

I love how the last question in this exam is really similar to the last question in the 2014 M1 paper that everyone complained was difficult so OCR decided to add a pulley this year, because that makes it so much easier...

well my friend got 5.99 and i got 5.98 so maybe they will allow a small range of answers, if not will only drop one mark i wouldnt worry

Where did you get 5.99 from? Wasn't it 0.599 because it was time taken to fall?

Highest grade boundaries were 62/75 = 80 UMS, 54/75 = 70 UMS, 46/75 = 60 UMS.
Lowest grade boundaries were 52/75 = 80 UMS, 44/75 = 70 UMS, 36/75 = 60 UMS.

Hopefully gives you guys an indication as to what you've got. Good luck guys!

0.558 was Fmax, seeing as this is bigger than the pulling force, F would have matched the pulling force. (Friction varies with R up to the maximum value of friction). As friction would have matched the pulling force, there would be no overall force. I think!!!
