I found it ok. I had to skip some parts but returned at the end and did them all.

Anyone remember exercise 4 last part? Where they ask to show that 1.437 is correct to 3dp. There was no sign change, just an intersection of the 2 graphs...

For the equation to find root x, we found in part b x=0.5ln(0.5x+15)

Make it into equation of y= x-0.5ln(0.5x+15), substitue in x=1.4365 and x=1.4375 seperately and there is a change of sign.
