Definitely 2, seeing the added value that comes with the cost.
As for 1, it's shared with much too many person. And no internet! Yes you could set it up yourself but if something happened you're left alone.
#3 I don't like thr fact that it's catered. I'm rather picky about food so I'd prefer to cook

Option 2 sounds the best, other two sound equally kinda bad, however I suppose option one is cheaper so in order I would say 2,1,3.
