Criminolgy question, need help ASAP!

I need to finish off my essay answering whether prostitution and pornography is Deviant or/and a crime?
I would really appreciate some help or any useful links that will help me structure my answer.

Protitution in itself is not a crime and neither is the exchange of sex for money a crime. However, kerb crawling, owning or managing a brothel, pandering, pimping, soliciting are offences under the sexual Offences Act 2003.

S. 63-67 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 make it illegal to be in possession of pornographic material which may threaten a person's life, or cause serious injury to them.
