YES! use tsr from a computer and log in with your account. Then there is an option of thread tools and you will see search thread

do they mean send a CV and a cover letter, where the cover letter answers the questions or a cv, cover letter, and a separate 2 answers?

I wonder if "foreign" applications are taking longer to process. I remember MS saying that the employees looking at applications usually comes from the same country as the applicant and knows how good the schools are, the grading systems and what a strong applicant from that region would be.
