That's the final part of a probability distribution Q. I do not know what the question means...
BTW I am aware that F indicates cumulative distribution...but then what?

Does F(x)=P(Ax)F(x)=P(A \leq x) help?
The capital F means you add them up as you go along the row for Ai values So just add 1 to them And The maximum value should be two! For this I think It would be The same as writing 1 + F(E(A))

Err no. F(1+E(A))F(1+E(A)) is the same as P(A(1+E(A))P(A \leq (1+E(A)) , i.e. it is the probability that AA is less than or equal to (1+E(A)(1+E(A). This cannot be greater than 1.
