Ah Biology, it's the only topic in my school where the top of the top gets constantly humbled with surprisingly bad grades. Biology is a content-heavy course, where understanding and memorizing is crucial. Want to know what's the funny part? It isn't enough. Exam techniques are imperative to get a good result, and the mark scheme is usually a pain in the arse. My advice is to make sure you know the content like bread and butter and to practice and practice. I would recommend you to pop over at http://www.physicsandmathstutor.com and do the biology questions by topic. They will make sure you nail the examination techniques. If you over require some help in the content, snaprevise.com is wonderful for that. The detail is great and goes slightly outside the scope which is great for earning extra marks in the essay and placing you in the higher bands. Good luck and happy revising (and practicing).
