I am asked to name a disease and explain how Ill health evolves.Can anyone explain what this means and give an example??

I assume it means just name a disease and then describe how this disease occurs. Let's say Type I diabetes mellitus for example is caused by autoimmune destruction of the beta islet cells in the pancreas, this leads to total insulin deficiency etc etc etc
