I was just wondering if anyone knows how likely it would be for Durham university to give out unconditional offers? or at least lower the entry requirements

Apart from post A-level applicants, extremely unlikely. Why do you want, or think you need, an unconditional or a lower offer?

Lower offers can be gained through the Student Progression programme at Durham but unless you're in y12 next year you wont be eligible as its already started for this year. Other than that unless you have special circumstances that mean you cant reach the offer then Id doubt it. Good luck though!
