Hey guys, so English lit paper 1 is tomorrow
What characters or themes do you think might come up ?

we are the first set of gcses to do the new anthology for the poems and theres 2 new poems in there and its i think half caste and search for my tongue and i have a gut feeling that it will be them because its the first time the gcse will ever be able to have the theme of culture and identity

Haha I guessed that too and revised them in depth the night before.

The unseen poem was easy too, just worried I didn't put enough context in the last question.

i felt that section a and b actually went so well for me but c is another ****ing story- for some reason i chose crooks for of mice of men over the theme of loneness which is so dumb bc i had to make up all the quotes, i even quoted someone saying his name bc i had nothing ahahha fml

I found the unseen poem great and the theme of loneliness question fine.
Unfortunately I was the only person in the bloody country who did the hide and seek poem question and I compared it with Piano.
Also I rushed the poetry comparison eekkkkk. how long was everyone's?
