No and the wait is killing. I have even thought of ringing them

Just heard back from career conversation - mentioned that I passed the performance benchmark and that the recruitment team are looking into my application in detail. This doesn’t guarantee an assessment centre though but chuffed I passed as I thought I did terribly!

What is the career conversation like? Do nerves come across?

Oh I never got anything that I passed any benchmark, I must have failed 😢
