TVs

At Southampton Uni I was just wondering do the rooms have holes in the walls so you can get a Tv signal for freeview or the standard channels 1-5? Im staying in Bencraft Court if that helps?

No, not as far as I know anyway since Monte and Glen doesn't have them. You'll need to provide your own TV aerial.

Monte 4 certainly did, Romero did.

monte 3 didn't have any provision for tvs.

We never had anyone come round inspecting tv licences either, but that's something you might want to consider if you're going to be taking one - its a legal requirement after all :wink:

Looking through the images on the accommodation website may help - on the Romero ones you can see the TV point clearly (but not on the Monte 4 ones).

If you're in a place that's got the dual radio/tv socket in the kitchen, that's another way around it.
