Unlimited data is usually unlimited data, but everything with 'unlimited' in front of it has a fair use policy. As long as you make sure you aren't breaching it, you should be fine. You should check with Virgin though just in case, as they are an MVNO of EE - and you might be following Virgin's policy or EE's policy. BTW EE's policy is 1000 GB per month (one of the highest out of many companies). But make sure you aren't breaching fair use - be careful.
