What is a plagio climax

Its on the specification but not in the NAS unit 5 textbook. Also, would it be resonable for them to ask for the definition of a climatic climax, and if so, what would it be?

Climatic Climax Community is the stable community that any succession eventually leads to... eg. in the UK this is oak woodland

Plagio Climax Community is the stage in a succession where artifical or natural sources prevent it from forming the climatic climax community. Eg. Regularly mowing the lawn causes a plagio climax community grassland

dosn't it have to be permanant interuption of succession? otherwise it's only subclimax. I'm pretty sure but open to correcting.
