Bradford's is quite high I believe - being a mill town. I myself am 25% Irish

Yes, it is the biggest outside of New York. Levenshulme in Manchester has the largest Irish population outside of London.
If you like Irish music then go to the Union Inn in Levenshulme on a Wednesday night, they have a great music session there. I sometimes go along if I feel like it.
There's quite a high proportion of people with Irish descent basically anywhere!
