Could someone give me some help with this question please?

In each trial, the probability of a success is 0.2. Find the number of independent trials which need to be conducted if the mean of the distribution of the number of successes in the n trials is equal to its standard deviation.

    Thank you!

    0.2*0.8*n = 0.2^2*n^2

    Solve this to yield n=4.
