Journalism degree =/= journalist. English Literature is good, but history, politics, economics or a language would be better than the others.

Source: my uncle is a journalist, he did a history degree.
Just a warning from one of my friends is that he found that his journalism course focussed quite a lot on production rather than writing. That's just what he found. And we can't really tell you what to take, its your future, pick something that interests you.
tbh, i don't really like your subjects.....
i mean, to do journalism...history would have been a good choice at a level
to do psychology...you'd probably need a science in the best unis
maybe you could do sociology??? do you like it?
or, you could do english literature at uni? and then after a bachelor's you could go on and become a journalist...probably is the best choice if that's what you want to do!

Here is my A-Level choices.

English Literature
Film Studies
Psychology
Sociology

I have been contemplating whether to do journalism or not.

What do you think is the best university course for someone with this combination of subjects?

Replace:

Film Studies
Psychology
Sociology

With real subjects i.e.
Maths
Physics
History
Chemistry
Biology

etc
