I'm studying higher politics and seem to have been studying it for hours this evening - perhaps my brain has turned to mince, but is the UK a trustee or delegate model of representation - I'm figuring it is delegate, but the more I read about trustee, the more I'm confusing myself!

Anyone make this clearer for me - please!
