How to create consistent spin!?

My A2 physics coursework is going to be about the effects of spin on table tennis balls/tieing in with the coefficient of restitution "e" (not to be confused with 2.718281828) where it is speed of seperation / speed of approach

The problem i am finding is that i need a way to create the spin on the ball to land on a surface, but so that everytime i do so it lands with the same centripetal velocity and gravitational velocity. Any suggestions on how i set about doing this would be greatly appreciated THANKYOU
