Any schools/colleges accept me in January?

Hey,

Things are getting real bad in my school here in Cyprus and I wanted to move over to the UK because there are no other alternative here. No good teachers and other schools go in the range of 10,000+. Can't afford that anymore. Are there any colleges/schools that accept pupils in January or the likes? My IGCSE results were relatively average:
