i attended a court hearing last month and im writing an observation report on it now. the defendant hadnt had the chance to speak to his barrister before the court hearing as he was in prison and the court hearing was postponed till he spoke to his barrister.
i was wondering if there is any act that gives defendant the right to speak with his barrister before court proceeding?
