Well, I think that President Bush definitely deserves a Nobel Prize, not for peace but for warcrimes. Blair also deserves one, for being President Bush's greatest poodle ever.

While we're at it, I'd like to nominate the Pope for contributions to physics through his efforts in cosmology. Makes as much sense as the B brothers for the peace prize.

Despite the potential good caused in the long run, surely there'll be outcry against two figures responsible for deaths of thousands of innocent civilians in Afghanistan and Iraq? And isn't the primary objective personal (ie for their nation) security rather than global peace and harmony?

I don't think they deserve any awards even though they are trying to work towards a safer world for all of us.
